A2: We will do video instruction by phone or by computer, for any use problem you can tell our salesman, we will do instruction for you
Q3: what is the shipping process？
A3: for the truck field, we use most is bulk shipping service by sea
Q4: Can I visit your factory?
A4: You are welcomed to visit our workshop, we located in Shandong, face to face talking is prefered
Q5: What kind of payment term do you provide?
A5: We can do TT, LC, with 50% in advance and 50% before shipment
